ZDS Architects has been hired by FW Bovenkamp Ventures to design a variety of residences, including The Bay Collection, for Horizon at Semiahmoo in Blaine, Washington. Horizon is a master planned, sustainable community that features exclusive residences on the coast at Birch Bay. The goal is to create architecture that takes full advantage of its south-facing coastal views while integrating well into the natural setting.
